How we ship
Dispatch, handling & customs
Dispatch cut-off
Orders placed and paid before 14:00 CET (Mon–Fri) leave our Brandenburg parts room the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or German public holidays ship the next business day.
Insurance & tracking
Every shipment is insured to the full invoice value and sent with end-to-end tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is generated.
Protective packaging
Brake calipers are foam-suspended, wheels are face-protected and crated, electronics travel in anti-static packaging, and manufacturer boxes are preserved for warranty validity.
Customs & duties
We prepare all commercial invoices, HS codes and origin documents. On EU lanes we ship DDP (duties and VAT prepaid). For non-EU destinations, local import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

- Some remote or island destinations may carry a remote-area surcharge
